We check DMARC first, because BIMI does nothing without it, then the record, the logo, the certificate and whether the logo is the one in the certificate.
Every piece of a BIMI setup can look correct and the logo still not show. DMARC may be at p=none,
the SVG may break a profile rule that design tools break by default, or the certificate may be the wrong type
for the mailbox provider you care about.
This checks all of them in one pass and tells you which layer is the problem. It also says what each provider documents, and where the documentation runs out.
One thing to know before you buy anything: as of May 2026, and going by a secondary source, Outlook does not show BIMI logos whatever certificate you hold.
Fill in the addresses. We lay the record out the way receivers expect it.
BIMI needs DMARC at quarantine or reject, and moving there blind drops mail from senders you forgot you had. Report URI collects the DMARC reports that show every source sending as your domain, so you can see what will break before you tighten the policy.
